I went to look for Mario Hoops on Monday during lunch because most sites listed a 9/11 launch date - Big Liar! I couldn't find it anywhere till the next day. The game itself is pretty fun to play - assuming you can get past the first hour or so. I found this pretty amazing because most game, you tend to know whether you like it or now in the first 30 - 60 minutes. The first hour I played Mario Hoops, I actually felt kinda boring. One reason might be that I actually went through all the training before I did my first tourney. The other possibly because the Mushroom Cup wasn't too challenging. Once I got past these entry levels, things really started picking up and it's now getting quite addictive. My rating on this game? 7.5 on Tue/Wed -> 8.5
Cooking Mama - a fun game consists of multiple mini-games about...cooking meals. Kind of an impulse buy since it's only $19.99. I would recommend it if you are looking for something quick to play for a couple minutes. This is a game I would play when I need to take a quick break from writing codes at work. The play style is interesting but sometimes get repetitive. A total of 76 menu to choose from with the possibility of combining two dishes to make new ones (Broiled rice with Pizza, anyone?)
